They fit me in within a day of calling them about flickering lights. On arrival, they were very courteous and located the problem immediately. We settled on a price and they went ahead and did the work, shutting off the power first and checking the fuse box. They were careful not to drag in snow. They turned the power back on, showed me the pieces they replaced and checked to make sure the lights had stopped flickering. I recommend Hillcrest Electric because these guys did the work needed and they did it quickly and cleanly.
These guys are phenomenal. Called several places and John was the only one that offered to visit to give me an accurate quote. His quote was competitive and I went with them. On the day of installment, they showed up on time and did a great job replacing and installing multiple lights inside and out. They were very courteous and left the place clean. One of them dropped one of the new lights and it broke, so they automatically called the light place and ordered a new one to be delivered. They came back and installed it in no time. Bill was great as well with the invoice and following up. They are busy, so expect to wait a bit to get them but I would rather wait and have the job done right. Highly recommended.
These are the only electricians I would ever use. They have always responded immediately for me and scheduled appointments within a very reasonable time. Maybe I was just lucky for that. They arrive with whoever they need to get my work done efficiently and correctly. Mostly, I've needed new pendant lighting or ceiling lights installed or replaced. John explains things, which I find most interesting & useful, and offers very wise options I might not be aware of. They are so good and do beautiful work. Lastly, their prices are always the lowest I've ever heard of. Hillcrest Electric in Needham. Yep.
