I've had 3 great experiences working with Phil. Very knowledgeable, willing to explain / teach when I ask questions, and above all I trust him to do the job the right way. They're not the cheapest electrical contractor out there, but every time they're in our 1930s home, they catch and fix old work that wasn't done the right way over the years and it's also a great family-run business.
Everyone who works at this company is very professional and friendly and polite. From the person that answers the phone to set up an appointment for an estimate and every electrician who works for the company, all are polite and friendly and get right down to business. I’m hesitant to send this review because I always have to wait so long to get the work done but it’s worth it, and now the wait will be even longer.
John and Dan replaced the service cable and upgraded the electrical as well as installed a light fixture. They arrived exactly on time. Communication during the job was very good as they kept me updated. When the job was finished, they took me through all the work that was done. Everything looks great and was more clean than they found it. I would definitely recommend them.
We have used John and his sons for every electrical job we've needed since moving to our home 6 years ago. Whether it's been for major work like updating the main electrical service or smaller jobs like an outdoor outlet, we are consistently pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the Vespas. We would never use anyone else!
