New York Pizza

Wont deliver after the order is placed and paid for or answer phone calls. Terrible for service industry.... I’d just close down if unable to the one job I was supposed to do.

Some serious changes need to be done in regards to the hours published for this restaurant. Google, Grubhub, and the online ordering system used by the restaurant on their OWN website all stated the restaurant was open at 3PM. Was able to order a pizza with a pickup time of 4:25. Arrived at the restaurant at said time and all of the lights were off and a completely different set of hours were on the window. This was a total waste of time and I didn’t even get to taste the food.

This was the best pizza I’ve ever had. We were all so hungry and it lived up to the hype. Great establishment, great food, and great service.nnThank you. So much.

Food never camenMy place is 4 minutes away. They said pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. Over an hour and nothing has arrived. I could have had drive through an hour ago. Just consider these guys closed and don't waste time waiting for them.

Food never came and my card was charged. Dont waste your time ordering
