My experience here getting front tires replaced has been excellent, thanks to Tim at the front desk. He Is friendly, straightforward, informative and he worked to get everything done quickly and efficiently. Also Paul and Mike were excellent. What an amazing team. This was such a great experience. I recently visited the West Roxbury TFT location to switch out my summer tires for winter ones. The gentleman working the front counter was phenomenal. I believe his name is Tim. I had stopped by the previous week but did not have the appropriate lug nuts. Tim was very informative, had great suggestions, and I came back once I had the lug nuts in possession. He remembered me and was so helpful. I've never experienced this level of hospitality from a car service business. He's the biggest reason why I'd go back to this location for any future service.
