I had to have emergency care in the early morning hours of 3/20/21. Ambulance 4 arrived with in 5-10 minutes. I would like to say a huge thank you to the team of Kyle Ervin and Tiffany Skaggs. What a great team. Very professional, down to earth and calm. Kyle was so patient and slightly humorous, all the while doing his job. And he is handsome. That always has a calming effect. ud83dude01 Tiffany was amazing. She explained everything to me, before she did it. I was scared at first due to my drug allergies They both calmed me down quickly, with reassurance. When I got to the hospital I wasn’t having as much pain. I’d like to say thank you to them both. They kept my heart from going full blown. It was so close. They are so good at there job. They both are definitely needed in Fayette Co. My heros.
I called the ambulance for my husband, who was having shortness of breath. They responded, quickly, and were able to give aid to him during transport to the ER. My husband, who had quite a bit of anxiety, talked a lot about Ms. Holt, the EMT riding in the back of the ambulance with him. She reassured him a lot. Mr. Johnston, the other EMT and ambulance driver did a great job in communicating to me what to expect. They stayed with him until I arrived at the ER, several minutes, later.
