After a so called upgrade and scheduled outage in April or May 2020, we’ve been losing power consistently three to four times per week. If I had a choice, Chickasaw wouldn’t be my choice! Provide service or get out of the utility industry, unacceptable!

Frequent arbitrary outages with no warning. I will say they typically get the grid back quickly.
Way to many outages! Since their “upgrade”, every week there are frequent outages, many times on the same day it flickers on and off. Again last night another half hour without power.
There engineering department and there field department is outstanding to say the least.
