Overall my experience was excellent. The website was simple to use and the response to my inquiry was immediate. Edwin the sales consultant was polite efficient and responsive to my needs. No pressure I viewed and tested several vehicles. Meeting with Jason the Finance director was a pleasure. Test drive to completion of financing was quick easy and simple. This is the place to buy your next car.

Such an easy and wonderful experience. My car randomly got a flat and the service to pick the car up was so quick, much quicker than triple a. They called me and informed me when the repair was beginning and finished. I believe his name was Andy but was super friendly too. Thanks!

I normally don’t leave reviews for anything but my experience with this dealership was well deserving of some praise. Shopping for a car can be stressful but the Mercedes Benz of Westwood treated me with respect and genuine kindness. They kept it real with me and helped me find the perfect car that was in my desired monthly payment budget. The manager who handles the financing aspect was amazing at his job. He helped me leave with the car i wanted and even went above and beyond to make sure i left with a great deal. Definitely keeping this dealership at the top of my list next time i go shopping for a car in the future!

Excellent buying experience. Dealership was willing to work with me on multiple issues. Closing the deal and picking up the car was effortless and efficient. Could not be more pleased. Five stars for sure. Mr. Riley came in to finish the deal even though he was clearly not feeling his best. Hope your back is better! Thanks for everything.

I have been taking my vehicle and my family has been going there as well for years. The service department is superior to any other dealership. Hassle free drop off, loaner, great price and they have coupons!nLove this place and you will too!
