The entire shopping experience was outstanding! From the first moment we stepped into the dealership there was no pressure. Kevin our salesperson was excellent, made us feel at ease from the start. He found the exact model of the new Audi we we looking for, and absolutely no pressured sales tactics! Made buying a new car a dream. I would highly recommend Audi of Westwood with Kevin S. as a salesperson!

My car was due for an oil change and a small recall item. When I called to make the appointment I spoke with Ashley, she help to coordinate a pick up and provided a loaner vehicle so that I would not be left without transportation for work and appointments. When my car was complete, Matt, from the service department, called and offered to help with return and exchange of vehicles I did not have to drive back to get my car.nI truly appreciate the extra effort and support they made to accommodate me so I did not have to miss appointments or work/meetings scheduled during this time.nSuperior service once again! Thank you, Ashley, Matt and the team at Audi of Westwood!!

Great service experience! Dropped my car off for an oil change and found I needed a software update as well. Because of the amount of time needed for the update, they quickly put me in a loaner so I didn’t have to wait. Doug, my service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly.

Cynthia made an appointment for me for 3pm on 7/17. Got to Audi Westwood around 2:45-2:50. When I got there no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Then about 20-25 minutes later was told someone was going to get Patrick to help me. Waited 30-45 minutes for Patrick and no one came. I took it upon myself to go and look for the car that I made an appointment to see. Did not find the vehicle. I basically drove an hour away to look at a vehicle and didn’t receive any help. Seems like a slap in the face! Basically spent an hour or so standing and walking around the showroom and lot with no help. I understand if they were busy, but at least come tell me. Don’t make me wait around and have nothing said to me! Do not recommend Audi Westwood if you’re looking to by a new vehicle.
