I dealt with Holden on the phone an in person. He was very professional and easy to deal with. He followed up on every question I had and he took an entire day out of his schedule to drive an hour to my house and take the car to the dealership to get a software update installed that could have presented an issue. This was far beyond my expectations saved me a great deal of time. I found the entire transaction to be easy and would recommend both the dealer and Holden to anyone looking.nWhile there, I also dealt with Zach on the actual paperwork. Again, he was easy to deal with and thorough. I would also recommend him highly. These two people both made the car buying experience easy and painless.

I normally do not like to shop for a car. However i was recommended to go see the crew at Autobahn USA in dedham. They all were very helpful. The salesman was very knowledgeable. I am enjoying my new BMW. Makes sure you give them a chance. They are under new ownership.

I recently purchased an Expedition from Autobahn USA and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Our sales rep, Jimmy Peluso, was responsive, courteous and made sure our vehicle was in perfect condition when we picked it up. Since our free time is limited not having to jump through hoops on our trade in and our purchase made all the difference. I highly recommend buying your next car from them (ask for Jimmy)!

I dislike buying cars, but Autobahn Dedham did not help my feelings. Poor communication, one guys says one thing, another says something different, a week later the story changes, typical car dealership issues in my eyes. To top it off, it felt like when we got a better loan rate versus what they could offer, we were no longer a priority. I do not recommend this dealership.

Buying a vehicle is never an experience that people have on their list of things to do for fun. My experience with Audubon USA started out excellent, the staff was friendly and even happened to be from the same town I live in. there were some issues and the time frame to deliver the vehicle but these were out of our control due to the current pandemic. Joe and the staff at the Dedham office really stepped up to make sure that our car buying experience went as good as it possibly can and I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Joe.
