Burlington

I've been here several times and everytime i have different experiences .. one of those times the cashier was very rude & didn't want to scan an item that was marked clearance just bc she thought it wasn't supposed to be mark down!!! When we clearly got it from the clearance section!! It was ridiculous ud83dude44 After that, another time we waited for almost 1hr at checkout line not sure why. . . All cashiers we almost open.nThis most recent one i can say was a good one. Wasn't crowded and aisles were cleared nothing on floors. Fast checkout. Good things great prices.

Today 11.25.20nI spent $336 at Burlington. When i went to the register, the cashier looked like she was 12 years old. I was in the thanksgiving mood when she started show me her bad attitude. I repeatedly try to talk to her to no avail. So i took off my mask so i can speak clearly but she did not listen and kept acting like a 12 year old. I asked her to apologize for her bad behavior bad she did not, therefore i asked to see the manager. I spoke with two managers, however they did not help at all!nIf she cant work as a cashier and act properly, than there is no point on working as a register.nShe be better off staying at school than working. Thanksgiving is the time for everyone to be happy and not ruining each others day. I would not come back here or recommend anyone to go there unless they want to have a bad day.

Since this store reopened earlier this year, it has transformed in a positive way. The selection and prices are great, the service is awesome, and it is easy to shop; the racks are organized, and each department is clean and neat. I will be returning regularly.

Store has made drastic improvements in the last few months. Encourage everyone to check it out again. Great Team, Great Brands, and Great Value!

Long lines long way to check out crowded but short wait got in quick a lot of options nice stuff a little disorganized but other than that a good store
