Skechers Max Cushioning Ultra Go! I walked in just to browse and saw the sneakers of my dreams, the first display near the entrance. I wanted a sneaker with height that looked good and I wanted all black and there it was. Size 9 and only one left. I love my new sneakers. I had just left Vanderbilt Hospital clinic next door for a call back on my mammogram for a suspicious area that turned out to be nothing and then found these sneakers. It was my day!!

Absolutely wonderful. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. Great selection of shoes for all. Will definitely be back.nnAnd the best thing was after every transaction, he wiped down the counter and credit card machine. Absolutely taking care of customers. Kuddos to you!

Went to try on a pair of shoes and saw what appeared to be a dirty spot on the top. After trying them and finding them to fit nicely, discovered the soles to be very dirty. Asked about them, made an offer to buy at a reduced price and was summarily rejected. Sorry, that's just not good business practice on either count!

I've been patronizing this store for abt 8yrs.The only issue I've had and still have is with the manager.She is rude and when I've asked for helped she has always had a smart azz remark. I was attempted to tell her she needs better customer service training ...

I was looking for a pair of comfort shoes for my mother for Christmas. I walked in not even a hello or welcome. I passed by 3 associates and not even one associate approached me. I was unable to find what I was looking for. Poor customer service.
