Outstanding hostel and campground. Canoe and kayak rentals available. Snacks and drinks available for purchase. Private cabins and a bunkhouse. Right near a very nice lake with a beach.

Stayed in the non-public cabins the night earlier than a section hike. high-quality provider on take a look at in, had a hearth going for us and Grizz and Grumpy had been splendid path expertise sources. The cabin had been perfect at some stage in covid times and we're all prepared when we arrived. Parked a vehicle there later as well. usual very welcoming and simply what we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Jim is super friendly and helpful. He made our 4 day AT trail adventure go very smoothly. The property is beautiful with nice trails to the bathroom and showers. The staff was helpful with giving tours of the property, trail information, suggestions, and make us feel part of the hiker experience. The showers are really nice. There is amazing artwork all over the property. My only complaint is the beds are too thin-they need a thicker mattress so you don't feel like you are sleeping on wood. Also nice pillows would a good addition. The second night I used my tent mat in addition and that helped. Overall we would go back in a heartbeat! Love the place!

Stayed in the private cabins the night before a section hike. Excellent service on check in, had a fire going for us and Grizz and Grumpy were excellent trail knowledge resources. The cabin were perfect during covid times and we're all ready when we arrived. Parked a car there later as well. Overall very welcoming and just what we needed.

Really a unique and down to earth place to stay. Nice people and nice accommodations.
