Needed to duplicate my one and only key for my golf cart. I tried several places and it couldn't be done. It was so easy at the kiosk to place an order. I received my keys in the mail in a short time. Keys work wonderfully! Thank you.
Brought value in I did not have to look around and find a key company to make me a couple keys. I was able to walk up to the kiosk and 5 min later I was walking away with my keys . Both keys worked perfectly
So easy to use. You don't have to find an associate, it is completely self serve. I had 3 keys made in about 5 minutes. The kiosk offered multiple selection of keys. The basic gold keys were made right there and the printed ones arrive in the mail.
If I could give them zero that would be better. I asked the person who I was talking to and twice she hung up on me. The third time I got her name and she asked my zip code. I told her my zip and said that was not important because I would bring the lock to them. She said we do not service Conway area, (they are about 11 miles from us) and they only do key duplication. (I could go to Lowes for that, If I had the key for the lock I needed a key made.She was VERY rude and said they do not have a Locksmith. I could take that but being rude is no excuse.
