Burger dry & cold. I asked for mayo so I could make the burger tasty & was told there was no more mayo. You cannot serve customers food when you are missing ingredients! I then requested a refund. The manager refunded the cost of the burger. The fries were skimpy & cold, the manager gave me freshly cooked fries. I believe in paying for what you want. If I pay $12 for a burger, it should be on point! Thanks for handling my concerns management.
So the food was good but you have on your door that it's mandatory to wear a mask but your employees don't have to wear them ? I have a problem w/ that.
One of the few Hardee's that still serve fried chicken. If you like Fried Chicken it's worth the stop.
On Friday March 12th we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes get to the speaker to order and we were told to wait sat another 2 minutes and nothing no response .drove up several cars were pulled up waiting on their food please do better
I dont like my hot dog wrapped in paper...I prefer the box it comes in instead
