January 22, 2021, When I returned after 15 minutes when I was told my order would be ready. It took 45 minute for them to find my in store food order. Then another 25 minute to figure out my order. After telling 3 different employees my order. They said it was all a computer glitch. An they offered to give me my order for free and a refund. The gentleman I spoke with, said he refunded my money back to my account. But I won't know for sure untill next week, when it clears. All the while my 15 minute wait turned into an hour+ and my order turned out to be wrong and my ice cream I purchased while waiting for my order turned to malt.

when you order your food you suppose to ask for the customer phone number and not be bleeding the whole time while dealing with customers

They always deliver fast, have awesome drivers, and my local store always draws me pretty pictures! :)

I placed a large order tonight (1 of 3 of the largest this week as stated by a worker) and part of my order was missing so I stopped the driver which said she would bring the rest back. Then I called the store and spoke with a nasty lady that said her name was Brandy. She said well I sent it with her and I said she lives near me so maybe she dropped it off at her house. She proceeds to go back and forth with me and I said I need the rest of my food or a refund for the items not received. She gives me this story about her truck just came and when I get the sauce I will make it and get your soda and pasta to you.

The pizza was Very Hot,,the special they running on medium pizza is great,Wish they can come to Andrews,, Domino's Pizza.
