Very bad! Had to repeat our order twice at the drive thru, then again at the window. We sat, 30 seconds to 1 minute after we got our food to check. Hubby got irritated and pulled off. After getting back on the road we realized that we were missing 2 items. I called and the shift manager said, we only have 2 people working, and yes we have your 2 items. I also asked about our receipt we never got and she said they weren't able to give us one. We will be back in the area in 2 weeks. We will NOT stop there!
I understand that they close at 10:00. But I was unaware of that until I looked it up while sitting in the Drive-Thru... waiting. But it wasn't 10:00 yet. It was 9:55... no one that was inside ever said anything over the intercom. I have never had a bad experience at this location until this incident... I didn't want to give two stars but with past experiences being great is the reason why I did.
Lady taking my order and was super polite, that’s rare so I definitely appreciated it.
Friendly and Delicious.. Frappe was not as good as McDs but the deals were good.
Very rude place! Threw our slushes on the floor and told us it was our fault they were melted when we got them! Young girl was throwing tantrum because she had to be there that day and family must work there too they were taking up for her actions. Sad
