I went to Jackson Hewitt on Washington st in West Roxbury and I’m so happy I did. I met Tandra, whom is the most informative, meticulous and pleasant tax preparer. I’m also a first time home buyer, so this was my first time claiming my property and she was well versed about how and what I should do. She walked me through all the steps and took the time to explain anything I asked her to. I felt very comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. I will go back to her again and I am telling everyone I know about the wonderful service I experienced. Thank you Tandra!
