Food very good

If I could give them 0 stars I would . I waited 2 hours for my food , when on the phone they told me 30 min. I get there and had to wait another hour and 30 min . The lady at the front I believe her dad works in the kitchen cause I heard her call him dad . She was High as a Kite couldn’t even say a proper sentence let alone remember a order . She had to be high off of something other than marijuana cause she was fighting hard to stay awake . The food has burnt grill flakes all over it like the grill they cook on doesn’t get cleaned properly. And they give you like 5 pieces of shrimp and steak when you order. Definitely not enough food for the price your paying for .

Ordered throw DoorDash. I thought my dasher just forgot part of my meal so I called them, they knew they were out of what I ordered and instead of calling and letting me know the guy on the phone caught an attitude with me and made it seem like it was my fault because they were “literally busy” all day. Aside from that, I got the shrimp entree and my rice was burnt and I had at LEAST 3 shrimp in the plate. Never again

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! Please - go anywhere but here. Zero stars for cleanliness. Restaurant and bathroom have not been cleaned in a very long time. I didn't eat, just picked up a doordash order but would not eat here.

I will first say that I am a regular here. I love the food, I love the yum yum sauce. That being said and though this hurts to write, food is only as good as your staff’s ability to fulfill your clients orders consistently. I have had numerous orders botched with: not providing enough meat in the entrees (half the 6-8oz that is a normal portion size), this is with me SPECIFICALLY ORDERING EXTRA CHICKEN for an additional $3.50. I have had orders where there was a few measly pieces of vegetables that couldn’t have passed for side at any restaurant. Most recently though comes my newest and possibly largest frustration. Every Jade meal comes with 2 yum yum sauces at no charge. The staff knows this well. It has now been the second time I have ordered 5 extra sauces + the 2 free and have only received 4 yum yum sauce total. This may seem small but if I am paying my money to eat, I want to eat the exact way I want to eat my food. Not receiving what I am paying for is INEXCUSABLE, no matter how small. I consider that stealing. Especially when I UBER eats something because I don’t have the time to go to the restaurant (to order or more importantly, correct the order when the order was wrong or not up to expectations) because I am at work squeezing in a meal in between clients. Whether this is benign negligence or (more likely) someone not preparing an order’s instructions intentionally no longer matters to me. At this point I am going to have to recommend other hibachi joints to friends, family, clients, etc. Unsure if I will ever order food or eat here again. It is unfortunate too as I love the food. Fool me once, shame on you...and we are way past the shame on me part with how many consistent and glaring mistakes have been made. Never have I ever written a review but this poor service needs immediate attention and correction from the owner if he doesn’t want to run off all of his regular’s.
