Little Caesars Pizza

My mom ordered tonight.. They messed up order.. Called back and they told her she could pick up at a later date.. While eating.. She Noticed a rubber band full of hair under the pizza.. She called back upset.. Manager told her she was being rude for no reason and nobody was wearing rubber bands in their hair there.. He refused to give her his name and hung the phone up on her.. She called back.. They wouldn't answer the phone and when they did answer he asked why she kept calling back.. She asked for the cooperates number and he told her if she wanted she could look it up for herself and hung the phone up on her again..

Always great only had one issue but it was taken care of very quickly love this place

You can’t place an order if they don’t answer the phone. I tried to call 5 times and no answer. I had a birthday party and had to order somewhere else.

My hot n ready Italian cheese bread had no seasonings and was cold 4 minutes away from the store down the road. Would have come back, but this was my before work lunch. Luckily I could try and nuke it into something palatable. Disappointing.

I thought the girl at the counter looked very depressed . No greeting nothing just a vacant look as I approached to order . Not one staff member spoke it was dead quiet in that place . As I waited for my pizza a lady was waiting to order nobody greeted her she just stood there patiently. After awhile the girl came to the counter to give me my pizza turned & walked away !!! I couldn’t believe it the lady left . I don’t blame her obviously the staff there must hate their job . No customer service at all I will give my $ to Pizza Hut ud83dude03
