Hibbett Sports use to carry a wide range in store selection that was impressive but now it's very limited. Staff was pleasant

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. cussing on the phone with me for asking a question. No one come here

My daughter drove a hour to pick up her shoes. She needed to be at the store at 1130 and was waiting in line at that time. The manger Brittany sold the shoes to another customer and told my daughter she came late. Very unprofessional, probably sold to her friend or a family member. I will contact the company headquarters.
