Good luck getting someone to answer the dang phone!! We've been calling and calling and we know they are open but I guess if you aren't in the store you don't matter!!!
Great customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable!
Came up here to buy a light bulb and air filter for two different vehicles. When I got back home I found out both the parts were the wrong parts and did not fit. They were closed before I got back and had to go to auto zone to get the right part. I came back by to swap out the air filter that clearly says car quest on it for the right one and because I don’t have a receipt they can’t even swap it out. I wasn’t asking for money, just the right filter. They screwed up and now I’m stuck with a filter that is no good to me. Won’t be doing business here again
I would like to thank these two guys who works on the mechanics side of this building my car was running hot Chrysler's 300 when I tell you those guys had checked my car replaced my radiator and had me on my way bk home under two hrs they were wonderful I really appreciated you guys if they had 10 stars they would give it HIGHLY RECOMMEND# BLESSED CUSTOMER
