So sorry Lori you feel like we did not meet all of your expectations. The transmission was definitely bad. We towed it in, since it would shutter in gear when driving. After replacement (with a Lkq) unit, it took so long for the owner to pick up the vehicle, that the warranty thru lkq was expired. The owner picked up the vehicle, however it does need a fuel pump replacement from it obviously sitting so long waiting to be picked up. I truly wish there was something else I could do. And I'm certain we can, with a fuel pump replacement.

After having them fix 6 cars for me, one of which was a BMW 740, my Audi tore up. They misdiagnosed it as a transmission replacement. After $2850, they have told me that it's a fuel pump problem. This particular model has 2. They quoted $1400 and it's still in their shop. I really do not recommend them any longer

Great Business. I recently rented a U-Haul Truck and trailer to move me and my vehicle. Rick and Trey were amazing, and super helpful. The managers and owners are fantastic, as well.
