Black’s Tire snd Auto is a business where they aim to please the customer for serves. I would not take my car anywhere else. They are professionals and the manager’s has had a nick named as when he first working “Crash” at an automobile dealership. It’s a great story so you must ask him ;). Very professional, helpful staff. I didn't have an appointment, but I was still was greeted and taken care of immediately. My tire size was not in stock but they were able to accommodate me and find the right tires for me in no time. I would definitely recommend using this location.
This tire store was the best service I have ever had in my life. And I am 65 years old. The people were so nice and helpful in choosing the right tire for weather and road conditions I will be driving in. And with a happy smile. This great service dont happen at very many places you buy tires.

Took my car for an oil change on a Saturday. I was told that it would be 45 minutes, so I had my son come pick me up, and told the guy I'd be back. I called at around 12:00 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Guy didn't tell me they close at 1:00. I show up at 1:20 and the man behind the desk tells me rudely that I have to wait outside for 15 minutes before I can get my car. They never called or anything. The lack of respect in which I was spoken to really took me back. It took a lot to remain calm. If I'd said anything, it would not have come out right so I kept my mouth shut. Not very appreciative of the business that they get. I can't see myself going back there and having to give my money to that squirt of a man again.
