Great fast good takeout, you know what your getting, I love their fish sandwich, very reliable rates, staff are excellent, great customer service!
So my expectation for good customer service at McDonald's has been lose for quite some time because of unpleasant experiences and wrong orders 95% of the time, but TONIGHT Mr.Casey went above and beyond!! After what's seems to be a 15-20 minute wait he came to the window with such a professional and pleasant attitude, he apologized for the wait and then as a courtesy he offered a free drink. Thank you Casey being a breath of fresh air during these difficult times, you my friend need to be the Customer service trainer for new employees. Also my order was fresh and right finally!! McDonald's take care of Casey because he's definitely taking care of your customers!
