Rick saved my Christmas! He towed my car (on the night of Christmas Eve!) which had a flat because my dealership mounted a tire incorrectly, and even had my tire in stock to be able to replace it and be on my way to Florida for Christmas. AND managed to get my tire off despite my dealership not leaving me my wheel lock key! I was really in a terrible situation and Rick was so helpful and really saved the day. Eternally grateful to you!!
