It was ok...
I have had great service at other locations however this location is very unorganized This was my family's first visit to location we waited in and manager says we are only doing take out while s family and single men were enjoying their meal we were turned away due to dishes over pour and short staffed. Very unprofessional attitude from manager absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE here!!
Stop in and have some scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, topped and diced oh don't forget to add the country.. Oh okay I'm a cook here at this Dillon store for 6 years, I'm a rock star cook on first shift and I promise to cook your order just right and enjoy our friendly local staff.. Stop in and say hi to your cook Sarah on Mondays and Saturdays and enjoy our fast and friendly service
The food was serves hot and fresh. The staff was attentive and very friendly. 10/10 would go back again.
Coffee cup was filthy. Scrambled eggs were runny. Ham looked like it was ripped off a live animal. Hashbrowns were way undercooked. Service was excellent though. But the rest was horrific. I've never had a complaint about waffle house until tonight. In this COVID world make sure your coffee cups are CLEAN!
