The Food was Great with my gluten allergy. Staff was very helpful and came back a few times to be sure we were happy with our lunch. Definitely was.. Would go back again, next Summer

The mussels were fabulous and so is the view from the deck. The waitress was also great!nnThe only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the hostess kept us waiting for a solid 6 minutes before she even appeared -- and then, she was not apologetic and even had an attitude about it.nnWhen the official greeter is missing for a toe-tapping amount of time when you're trying to catch the sunset, it set a bad tone.nnLuckily, the food, service, and views totally redeemed The Parrot. For that, I'll be back.

We have been watching the rehab of the Red Parrot and the opening of The Parrot. What a big disappointment. The hostess was beyond NOT welcoming. Instead of motioning to us to approach her podium, she just stared at us. She stood with fingers crossed continued staring at us. After a bit of time she gave us a real dirty look (over her mask) and “well are you coming to see me??” How about “Welcome. Come on over to my podium and we can get you seated.” We believe she sat us at the windiest table as we had to protect our food from blowing away.nnOur server was terrific. The smash burger tasty.nAs locals, I believe this is crossed off our list. Remember: first impressions are everything.

Great spot overlooking Nantasket Beach! Drinks and food were excellent - we had oysters, shrimp and grits and the lobster roll and all were delicious. Staff was masked and very courteous. View from the upstairs patio can't be beat. Great vibe and definitely the place to take your date on a nice day!

Enjoyed the food. The service was very good. I went during an extremely busy time if anybody has ever been to Nantasket but they'll know how crazy it is down there in the summer. There was a bit of a wait but they have a good system they take your phone number and they send you a text message through a computer when your table is ready.
