Got take out a few weeks ago and I only have great things to say! We ordered a fried seafood platter that was reasonably priced for the amount of food given and it was more than enough for two people to share. It was also evenly distributed with fries, shrimp, scallops, clams, and an excellent piece of white fish. It was so good we went back last week for another one! Highly recommend!!
Great service and friendly staff
I adore this restaurant! They provide splendid dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that spot is well trained, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always good, the service towards the visitors is very good too. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all.
Best New England Chowder ever, the place the locals go for a quick bite. Down to earth, friendly, nice on the boulevard. Enjoyed the lobstah rolls!
Forever resolved that I’ll no longer trade with Schooners. For the second time, I’ve made a delivery order and I’m totally dissatisfied with the service. To start with, the young lady taking the order couldn’t get my address correctly and I spelled it for her four times and she still got it wrong. This more than likely lead to the cold food that was delivered. Further, half of the order was not in the bag, and though I distinctly ordered rice, the meal it came with cold mashed potatoes. While I know that Schooners is a local favorite; and, the whole COVID thing has thrown everything off. Regrettably, Schooners is a shadow of what it used to be. Sad!!!
