Order was missing item's and customer service was very poor. Cashier had an attitude.

Order was incomplete. Order nuggets to only be shorted on my nuggets. They're very slow. Customer Service could be a lot better.

Went there for breakfast. I ordered a #1 Egg McMuffin with medium coffee. Waited to place the order over 10 minutes, then got to the pick up window. I waited long enough to observe a couple of concerning things.They had masks on but no one working the front end had on hair nets. The manager was touching the computer screens with no gloves on and I watched her put the lid on my coffee cup and run that same finger on the lip of my lid. After seeing all the hair loose and no real attempt at even the LEAST common health and safety precaution, I just left.

We waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes for someone to take our order after we had been greeted twice. We’d start to order and get zero response.nnFinally, someone came over the speaker and engaged. We paid and were handed a ripped receipt, which we have to turn in because we’re on a work trip. Then we get to the window and are given no sauce... which is what it says on the receipt but not what we ordered. We kindly asked for the sauces we ordered and were handed 2 honey mustard packets and sent on our way. Just lazy service.nnThe nuggets, both 10 counts, were great! Sandwich was yummy. Fries were perfectly fried, just not salted in the slightest.nnOverall, this McDonald’s was a disappointment. It’s not really fast food if you’re waiting that long to get service and then you receive it with only some of the items included.nn(I work in food service.)
