The breakfast burrito was really good and the line, while quite long, moved relatively fast. However, several items we wanted from the menu weren't available (had run out), tater tots were exceptionally greasy (as in literally dripping grease!!), and we asked for mustard and received light mayonnaise.
Best eating experience BY FAR. Food? PERFECT. Atmosphere? Astonishing. Customer service? I was treated like a queen. Cleanliness? SPARKLING. Timely? Super speed. Brysen, our cashier? WAS FANTASTIC. The is the BEST place in the area.
Food is what you expect from a fast food operation. You get good dollar value, the staff is friendly, and the overall quality and taste is excellent. Only two problems....fried chicken sandwich meat portion is usually dry and small. Fries should be stored at 0 to-10 degrees, and start losing flavor quickly if stored above that. Need a temp ck.
I had absolutely the best experiencing even after coming in cranky because Bojangles next door had the doors locked at 3PM even through it was take out & pick up only.nThis sonic does have inside seating, it looks like a mix between Panera bread and a hotel lobby. It was clean and very comfortable while we were waiting on our orders.nThe young lady at the register was so polite and helpful. Was very precise on how we ordered our food to make sure it came out the way we said it!nI was in and out of Sonic within 15 minutes.
