I love to stop here, exit 98 off of I-95 in Santee,SC...They usually have fantastic, friendly, customer service. Last time I went the young man that took my order was very nice. The girl at the window was nasty attitude. Same attitude with son and son in law the day before. Next time I'm going to call the manager.

Great location and crazy busy. But very efficient service. One of the newer SBs so they have everything you could need if you're a big SB fan.

The person who took my order (tall, long red hair) was simply awful. She didn’t want to take nor make my order. It simply seemed liked my presence was inconvenient. I don’t think this person was having a bad day. I believe I was discriminated against. There are perhaps many words to describe her disposition, but all in all unfriendly, disrespectful and flat out should not be at this location interacting with guests who visit this Starbucks.

I love my neighborhood Starbucks! The staff is so incredible and the manager Alex is the driving force!!nnWhen I come through the door they greet me by name and they are always friendly and helpful!nnThe store itself is beautiful and I can not wait until Covid is over so that customers are able to experience the full experience!!

first off, she told my friend happy birthday when we ordered, then said it at the window AND wrote it on the cup!! When we didn’t know how to use the starbucks app, the lady at the window helped us. They forgot my sweet cream cold foam but then told us they would make a whole new drink for me. When she came out with my new drink, she also had a birthday cake pop as well for my birthday girl!! The sweetest people I have EVER I countered at a starbucks!! SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!
