Good service bud slow service and dry tasteless food!
Visited Friday 2/27/21 @ 5:30pm.nnAwful. Customer service was non-existent. Very rude. Could not comprehend 3 simple combos and a kids meal.nFood was gross. Fried chicken sandwich was inedible. Not sure if it was cooked and sitting under a heat lamp or what but should not have been served.nOverall, my first ever visit to a Bojangles and maybe my last. I had high hopes but this was a big let down.
You could order inside or outside. There is no eating in restaurant. The steak biscuit and cajun chicken biscuits were good
Walked up to the door at 3PM only to find a sign on the door that said take out and pick ups only... Cool I wanted my other to go! Turns out they have the door locked and one of the employees found it funny and didn't want to open the door. I turned around walked into Sonic got some amazing service and food under 15 minutes and after I walked back outside saw different people in Bojangles. You won't have to worry about getting my money ever, I won't be supporting this location!
I love the Bo Rounds. No matter what I get, I always love the taste.
