I normally only leave reviews for awesome service or 5 star places..but this is the Worst service I’ve had at a McDonald’s...lady at the window was extremely rude, acted like she hated her life and job. Ordered a happy meal, came in a bag with no toy and no apples, ordered a meal with fries and a sweet tea, got a coke fries were dumped upside down. Ordered an extra fry...didn’t get one. My husbands sandwich bun was burnt, a dimes worth of sauce on it. I understand if they are out of something or got super busy but no excuse for the lady at the window to act like that or not even mention no toys or apples. Do not recommend .

Food was made to order. Good thing.nThere were a couple of SC hill people that had stopped for shakes, no mask, coughing and sneezing as well as having no clue what 6ft looks like.nStaff was nice, friendly but didn't say anything about no masks when it was clearly stated and posted everywhere, Wear A Mask..!!nThis place is quicker than the one at Exit for Orangeburg that has many facilities along the exit, unlike the ones prior to and after the exit for this McDonald's.nIf travelling West on I-26, it's the first one you encounter.nIf travelling East, skip the first and try this one.nAt least the employees are nice and polite and they get the meal correct on first try..nnEnjoy..!!

I stopped at this location late at night on my way to Florida, and it took a long time to get my order in and to get what I ordered, granted they were on minimum staff at that time of day and some were on break, plus there were some other people in front of me, so with that in mind plus the restrictions they had due to this taking place during April 2021 during the Covid-19 situation, I can only say that for the time of day the service I received was what I expected, though since this is a rest area, and the fact that traveling at night is a good way to avoid traffic, I think that they may want to expand the staff on the night shift, hopefully they will do better in the future and my experience at that time does not reflect how things normally go.

Pretty regular customer of this place but I didn’t appreciate getting put in the cold rain this morning while trying to order some McDonald’s, so I got in line for the store and got stuck in line forever as a huge cue built up because there was only one employee at 7am to check out customers. I’m only allowed to stop 10 minutes on the way back to my origin building while on the road and I definitely blew past my time allowance today. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else until this construction is finished, I’ll be going to another location until further notice myself. Only gave 2 stars because the McDonald’s is usually an example setter for the rest of the franchises but not today.
