Went to star bucks for the first time it was a horrible experience. As I was ordering the person on the intercom rushed me to order. The funny thing about this is I was the only car at the drive through. I came to star bucks 03/02/21 at 6:14 AM. Horrible experience with young African American young person. I had to ask her was she in a hurry. She was definitely rushing me to order. My first an last time at this location. My advice to Management train your staff on patients an courteous.
The young lady was very patience as I made my decision. That Medicine Ball is delicious especially on a cold day. Need to bring some of that home. Thanks Meika for putting me on!!
Coffee was spot on. Good thing about this Starbucks is the large multi person restrooms. Some Starbucks only have 1 seat for men and women to share! Nice for stopping on I-26!
I KNOW THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION IS NEW....BUT SERIOUSLY!!! They are EXTREMELY SLOW. There is not enough employees working during busy hrs. This is near a HOSPITAL. Hire ore employees or offer more options instead of making us wait 40 minutes after we have made a mobile order... that can't be refunded.
Filthiest starbucks I’ve ever seen. No toilet paper in either stall in the ladies room. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Trash all over the dining room as well. Shameful. Didn’t get a drink because I was too disgusted.
