Received a call from the dealership after I completed an accurate and honest customer survey. Survey asked if I wanted to be contacted concerning my response - no. Man on the phone was rude and angry. Suggest a course in customer satisfaction.nnReply to response:nnI'm afraid that your response is a total fabrication. The man that called me was from a local phone number and he told me that much money had been spent on painting the building as well as the same staff was working there as before the change in ownership. We bought a used vehicle from the Duncan lot and within a month the check engine light had come on. After several attempts to figure out the problem and trying to fix it, I visited with the service director, Lonnie, and he got me taken care of! He actually was able to assess what the problem might be before it went back to the service area again, and he researched and found special warranty coverage that covered the cost of repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that the issues with the vehicle were taken care of. We have been customers for many years and have purchased several vehicles from them, and we will definitely continue to be!
