We had a suite on the 4th floor and there was only one chair for two people. The TV remote didn't work even after changing the batteries and the TV, honestly, needs to be replaced due to a dark image on the screen. The shower had black hair on the shower wall. However, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We got the last room in the town of all the hotels available in Duncan Oklahoma.

The hotel itself was great. My husband and I took our daughter for her 21st birthday to the casino. The hotel was nice. The rooms were large and comfy. However, we were double charged. We paid before we left. And when we got to the hotel we had to give a card for incidentals which is normal and so we gave them our card. And we were charged again. We have fought with these people for 3 months trying to get our money back. We have sent all documentation they have asked for. It is just ridiculous. We have been talked to like we have done something wrong. Hung up on, cursed at, called liars, etc. They have the worst management ever. I would never, ever stay here again!!!

This is most definitely the nicest hotel in Duncan. Customer service was super, check in was easy, room was clean and spacious, overall experience was right on point. Bravo Hampton Inn Duncan!
