Working with the Duncan, Oklahoma, facility was flawless. The online experience of renting the vehicle was easy and I got the vehicle type that I wanted. The office staff in Duncan, OK, was professional, quick, and very conscientious of COVID concerns.

I was very unhappy with the service I was charged for two additional days after dropping vehicle off and when i contacted the office I was told that its in the contract.I had multiple conversations with employees when renting the vehicle and not a single one told me that i would be charged for two extra days. 8/19/20 This is an update just to inform people of enterprises customer service after the first review of service on google i received an email saying that enterprise wanted to make things right i contacted the care team i was told i would be called back that was 5 days ago and i still have not received a call. So i guess it's not just the local enterprise but the customer care team as well.

They said we were smoking in the car. We were not smoking in the car, in fact everytime we smoked we stopped the car and stood by the rear bumper. Ashes must have blown in.nWill never, ever recommend Enterprise.nI can't believe they charged for ashes! How do they know those ashes were ours?? Maybe someone who parked next to us had ashes blown into the car!nAbsolutely absurd!
