Workers there seemed like they wanted to kill themselves out of self hatred and the electricity lady couldn't get a SINGLE piece of info spelled out correctly (she must have been intoxicated). This is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited, avoid it if you can.
Price gouging - somebody is cooking the books and overcharging the public in doing so. An investigation is in order.
