I would rate a zero if possible.. he doesn’t do what he says he is going to do, makes promises to you that he can’t keep. And shouldn’t make being a lawyer. He is literally just a person that just sits there for you, he does nothing. And charges for it. Please do yourself a favor and get a real lawyer, Billy is a joke. Don’t waste your time or your MONEY!!!
