I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. J. Carlton and his legal assistant settling my parent's estates in both Garvin and Kay counties. He successfully solved issues regarding mineral rights, titles, oil & gas leases/royalties that came up through the probate process in a professional and courteous manner. Mr. Carlton has a wide range of knowledge which I found invaluable including his CPA background. I've had a very positive and successful experience working with Mr. Carlton and the office staff.
