Worst company I have ever dealt with for Customer service. Original ship date was Nov 30. They keep changing the ship date. The last time I called they promised me it was being shipped on January 16. Now I look, they moved it to January 30th. That’s now over 90 days since I placed my order. The owner said he would check. No response to date. Time to file a dispute with the Credit Card Company.
I bought a white Fiat without thinking that I would be driving once a month through Kentucky and West Virginia in the summer. Bugs. A ton of bugs on the front of my car Everytime I made the trip back to NYC. My previous car was a black Ford truck...what bugs? The answer of course was a Covercraft bra front end cover. I ordered it for my 2012 Fiat 500c Sport. There is a Fiat 500 and there is a 500 Sport and there is also a 500c sport. Confusing for everyone Fiat! So this is not the first time that I have ordered a part or accessory for my car and received it and it did not fit. Its Fiats confusing model labelinfg. So the Le bra that I ordered did not fit. Actually it fit fine but the foglight cut outs and the air vent holes are different. I took a pic and called Monica at Covercraft, the five stars here go to the great customer service that I got on the phone today from Monica, she was familiar with the product and she actually was a great spokesman for the product. My replacement is on the way. I'm super happy with my front end cover and my experience today on the phone was definitely 5 star. I'm a happy customer and I really like this product for my car.
