These kindhearted and sweet folks were so knowledgeable and understanding when we came in after experiencing a technical failure on the freeway heading home to Montana. They took care of us and our kids, gave them popsicles, and made sure we were taken care of while they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within two hours, getting us back on the road. We are lucky we called them first!!!!

Well, they had to come pick it up from my house in Davis. I haven't heard from them since then. They picked it up last Tuesday around 9am, which was done fairly quick after initially calling but, nothing since. I've been in Florida since Thursday so I've not needed it.
Very professional staff. They try to work with you and help you save as much as possible. However, they can't do a whole lot with newer cars that have electric errors, everything else they can do. I've been using their services for years and I'll really miss them when I move to Ada.
Blew a tire on the highway. Spare was also flat. They sent someone to air up the spare! Once I got to the shop they had the tires I needed, charged me a very reasonable price, got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I am very grateful for their service!
