I took a trip back in time when I purchased my new used truck here. You remember when a handshake meant something and a man's word was his bond. That's what I got at Williams. Brent Goff was my salesperson. No pressure...no BS. He let me know what he could do and fought to get us together. I got a great value for my trade in and a market price on the truck I purchased. After the purchase I discovered several problems after I had already paid them.n1. I had no clue about half the features.nBrent sat in the parking lot a and taught me everything I needed to know about the truck featuresnn2. My phone wouldn't hook up.nBrent and his manager had the service dept download software and fixed the hookupnn3. I got an error involving the Def system.nThey fixed a temperature errornn4. My twilight popped up with an error.nInstead of just replacing a bulb, they found a hole in the tail light cover that would have caused me problems in the future. They replaced the whole tail light assembly.nThey charged nothing! They had my money and still stood behind the truck.nI haven't been this impressed with any business in years. 10 stars for this business.

I have used Williams service department on several occasions and I always get top notch service. The employees are extremely helpful and so nice and friendly. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them.

Best dealership I have had the pleasure to do business with in a very long time. Marla and Brent met my every need and Brandon gave me the exact deal I ask for. I am going to enjoy much my new Charger Hellcat and the experience of dealing with these folks just make it that much better.

I am a returning customer, with extensive travel experiences. Having used dealer services , multiple times, in eight states I think Williams service is head and shoulders above all others. They are courteous, prompt with appointments, friendly and knowledgeable. I will buy my next truck from them.
