I am a traveller from Canada visiting the area and for those who are curious I strongly recommend this Studio!! Kathy Green instructed a Vinyasa Flow with clear directions modifications and energy. She was very welcoming and accommodating making the experience feel comfortable. The room was nice and hot so don't worry about a cool room and spacious. Thank you Krigsman Yoga I will practice here again when I am in the area!
Stopped in for hot vinyasa flow while camping in Wompatuck State Park Only 10min away. So glad to have found this spot! Beautiful, spacious room with high ceilings and room to spread out. Great heat, instruction, atmosphere! Glad to go as long as we’re here.
The hot yoga studio is fantastic! The instructors are well informed, kind and always schedgreet theyou ulewoth a smile. The class schedule meets all of my needs. I am so happy to have found Krigsman!
