Jason Smith is an attorney who I would RECOMMEND to everyone! He communicates well, works hard to get cases resolved to your satisfaction, returns calls with answers, and his rates are great, too! He reviewed my son's case, beforehand, and when he called us, he already had a plan to get the charges dismissed. Jason, repeatedly, talked to the prosecutor on my son's behalf and was finally successful after never backing down! Not only was he able to defend my son from wrongful charges, but he got it all completely dismissed! He worked, tirelessly, to get us the outcome we wanted. When I first called Jason, he made me feel as though we already knew each other. I had a fairly urgent family situation that became even more dire over a weekend. Not only did he return a frantic call I made, but he worked on a Sunday night to be prepared for an emergency hearing the next morning. And of which we were successful in winning. I have continually felt as though he is taking my case personally. Would I recommend him?! Without a doubt. He is a no nonsense, no BS, truly dedicated professional. No one likes to have to hire an attorney, but if you need one don't waste your time and money. Go to Jason first.
