I went through the drive thru on a Friday evening to get the 8 pc fill up for $20. I received the correct order. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! However, I was charged $10 over for a $30 fill up. I didn’t notice till several days later. I filled out the receipt survey and let them know I wasn’t happy about it. The manager, Perla, called me, apologized, offered a refund of the difference and a free meal. She was super nice and took care of the situation in a timely manner. I really appreciate it! I will continue eating there.

The food was great..the service sucked!! Took 5 minutes to take my order ! Thru the drive thru.. Then i sat in line for 20 minutes just to get to the window for them to tell me to pull up and wait...some more..all in all.. i 10 minutes left of my 1 hour lunch break!

I was driving 10 hours and I finally got hungry...I had a craving for some chicken. The green beans weren't as good as usual because I got a lot of stems in mine. Overall it was tasty as usual.ud83dudc4d

My hubby wanted to drive thru kFC to bring chicken meal home from our long day. It was perfectly prepared. The potatoes, gravy, slaw and biscuits was as perfect as it could be. Delicious! We are picky eaters. ud83eudd70. Just want to brag. I'm sure there is different help for different shifts. Not all cooks are the same. But today the good Lord blessed our supper. 4:30pm shift, you rocked it. Keep up the good work. Make Ardmore proud. It was Very busy too. Inside and out. We got our food in few minutes. Chicken was really good but the buckets are pricey. I don't even mind the price but inevitably we get so many wings and legs in the bucket and usually 2 wings so small and overdone they can't be eaten because there is no meat. We love the chicken but just want to fairly receive what we are paying for. Friendly employees!
