Wonderful friendly service, cozy atmosphere & delicious food for a special night out. Amazing steaks, crab cakes, hickory salmon, potato casserole, Fireside salad etc. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Always a treat!
Love this place we have been going there for 20 yrs . Never disappointed. A little high. But still love it.
This was my second time to dine here. The first was years ago. I didn’t remember much about it as we pulled up to the restaurant, only that I recall it as a pricey place to eat. Atmosphere and service are good at Fireside. The food is lacking, however. We had the crab cakes and the salmon. The salmon was room temperature when it was served, so I didn’t eat it. I bit into a large shell or something with the texture of a shell (like the shell of a shrimp) while eating one of the crab cakes, so stopped eating it as well. We did not give the restaurant the opportunity to correct the problem as we were in a party of 6, and didn’t want to be THAT person. The crab cakes were $36 from what I remember and the salmon cost around $30. The free rolls were hard, cold, and tasted like cheap Good Value dinner rolls. It was a very, very expensive and disappointing meal. The salad was fine (thank goodness). We will not be returning.
My prime rib here was amazing. Food and service are great here! Pictured is the lemon drop..very good drink.
Great steak, good service! Would like to be able to get reservations for small parties (couple) as wait is rather lengthy.
