The Oklahoma branch never answers phone calls. It’s insane. You would think that after receiving many poor reviews that the branch would be motivated to address the concern.
I have Been a member for 9 years and was pretty happy until recently. Ever since Jamie left there is no personal feelings to it and no personal greetings or anything anymore. I hate it and am looking for a new bank now. Constantly harassing me of my deposits and asking “why do you need this much cash on you” The manager lady is rude as can be, and I really can’t stand even speaking to her. Please bring back tellers who actually make ya feel welcomed.
Worst bank ever let alone a credit union.
Customer service from some of the employees are very poor. No one really answers the phone here as well and when they do they like to hang up on you. Better off calling the people in south Carolina to get help.
I cannot understand why a bank would not answer the phone, but they never do...I recommend Tinker Federal. I bank with them also and never have any problems calling them.
