I have been a customer with Bank of the West for 10 years. My account got canceled with out my consent, since COVID happen I called to talk to Chris. We were supposed to meet Monday in October before I moved back home to California. I drove from Norman, to this branch in Ardmore to deal with this issue right away. I will say this, I am highly disappointed that a branch manager was not there to an appointment that was set. I am also disappointed the tellers were so disorganized and should be a little more professional as well more training to this location. They would not tell me when Chris was going to be back. I seriously waited all day to find out he wasn’t going to be in that day. I understand emergencies and last minute issues. It’s life! But a call would have been great so I wouldn’t have waisted my time, gas, and money. I was there in Ardmore for 5 hours when I found out he wasn’t going to be there from 10-3 I waited just about the branches hours before they close. I got my money in a cashiers check through the mail as do why they close my account is still in the question. I have a wonderful bank now that does way more, I guess I should thank them for saving me time and realize they are a waste of time.

This is by far The very worst banking establishment I have ever dealt with. I had a fraud of $160 out of California they refused to put back onto my account saying that it dropped off when I had proof showing that it was negative pending. It never went back on therefore I lost my $160 because they refused to explain to me how once there’s a negative why there wasn’t a positive to follow, their positive was that dropped off!!! Needless to say I closed that account!!nThey rank right up there with Wells Fargo!!!

absolutely worst customer service i have ever had, my father passed away and whilst trying to settle his last business they were very rude and inconsiderate, they had no consideration and were short and cold, the women tried at every stop to make it harder for me to deal with my fathers death
