When I book an appointment drive 40 miles to be told sorry leave your taxes they won’t be done today- walk into Jackson Hewitt and have them done in hour! Never again after 10 years of being a customer - customer service is important learn it

It’s Currently 2021 an I had received a notice from 2013 that I owe taxes and this is the location I did my taxes. I live in TX now and This location never notified me, the rep was fired soon after I filed, now $2000 in interest and they don’t look back that far in the system?... so they cannot even look up my taxes to assist in any way!nDO NOT GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFO H&R will make mistakes and won’t notify you until after they are able to say they can’t go back to find your taxes b/c the system can only check 5years back.
